Once equipped with the tools from our work, it becomes incumbent on leaders to implement what they learned, both for themselves individually and for their teams. To facilitate this, leaders and leadership teams can engage with us to implement and embed the tools learned in these courses into their
and their teams’ practices. Our consultants have experience successfully implementing
outward mindset practices in many organizations. They function much like a sports coach, helping leaders build new habits and develop the skills acquired in the training, as well as acting as an accountability partner.
In this course, participants learn how to implement a performance platform that enables them to operate with an outward mindset. They learn and apply four sets of tools: self-awareness tools that help them see when they might be operating with an inward mindset; mindset-change tools that they can apply to turn their mindsets outward; accountability tools that help them to operate in their roles with an outward mindset; and collaboration tools that teams can deploy together in order to operate with an
outward mindset.
This one-day program is designed to significantly advance a leader’s ability to implement outward mindset ways of working within their teams and organizations. It equips leaders with a suite of 38 practical tools to ensure that they and their employees are working with an outward mindset. So that leaders can quickly reference and apply the tools, they are grouped into five categories and listed in a Workplace Situations Index containing 30 common situations faced by leaders and their teams.
This collaborative strategic planning and implementation process enables the development and achievement of organizational objectives and strategies while fostering cross-functional alignment and accountability. It powerfully equips executive team members to take responsibility for their
impact on the overall strategy and results of an organization by helping them plan their work to enable alignment in each of four directions— towards managers, coworkers, direct reports, and customers. Executing the plans developed in this intensive series of sessions enables executive teams to embed deep accountability into the fabric of their organization.
Personal and family happiness is largely a function of the health of our relationships with the key people in our lives—with a partner, for example, and with children, parents, and siblings. These relationships can be wonderfully rewarding. However, they can also bring heartache, frustration, anxiety, and anger. In this course, participants learn how our mindsets set us up either for friction and trouble in our relationships or for connection and success. A self-focused inward mindset
provokes resistance and mistrust in the people around us, while an others-inclusive outward mindset builds mutual commitment, resilience, and caring. Living with an Outward Mindset equips participants with an in-depth understanding of these two mindsets—what causes them and how to change them—and with practical tools for building healthy, productive, and rewarding relationships in
all aspects of their lives.
Our coaching programs offers a unique opportunity to leverage personalized, confidential, one-on-one, team and group support to improve both individual leaders’ effectiveness, teams, and organizational performance. Leaders who thoroughly develop a plan to change their patterns of engagement with their direct reports stand the greatest chance of longterm success in maintaining change and addressing resistance as they lead their teams in new directions. Through in-depth personal exploration, regular touchpoints, and structured follow-up plans, our coaching
equips participants to effectively lead change efforts and to invite more accountability in their direct reports.
Organizational change starts with individuals. In fact, an organization will only change when the people who make up the organization change. We facilitate individual mindset change in people at all levels of an organization and provide the implementation and follow-up support needed to coordinate and sustain these shifts across a team or entire enterprise.
Our work with you begins with an analysis of your current situation—as an individual, team, or organization. This assessment ranges from an informal discussion to a systematic deployment of our assessment tools. Together, we identify key metrics to establish a baseline of performance from which to measure progress. We set specific target objectives to measure mindset shift, behavioral change, and business results.
We assist you in crafting a "game plan" tailored to your organization's needs and objectives. This plan includes the tools and frameworks that will enable you to most effectively transform mindsets and behaviors to achieve your desired results.
We support you in implementing your transformation game plan and continue working with you until you meet your objectives. This includes periodically re-assessing and adjusting efforts where needed.
